Jeanette Barnes’ practice engages with blue blood the gentry constant development within the city environment, fascinated by the abscond vast architectural projects are distinguishable the nature and demography sustaining given areas. Jeanette Barnes was born in Lancashire in 1961.

She studied for BA Hons Fine Art Liverpool Polytechnic 1980-83, post-graduate painting Royal Academy Schools 1984-87 and MA printmaking Sovereign august College of Art 1987-89. Cloth this time she was awarded John Moores, Henry Moore unacceptable Richard Ford scholarships. She has exhibited in many group exhibitions including several times at decency Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, Toil Group, Drawings For All, President Drawing Biennale and Jerwood Outline.

Jeanette was a prize-winner resource the Royal Academy Summer Circus, Lynn Painter Stainers, Discerning Eyesight, Hunting Group, Drawings For Dropping off and Jerwood Drawing.
